2D Animation
2-D Animation is more of manual work. It is achieved through hand-drawing a huge number - hundreds and thousands of individual frames. These frames are transferred to clear plastic cells. There again, they are manually painted. The next step is to film them in sequence over a painted background image. All this work needs a skilled team of artists, cleanup artists, painters, directors, background artists, and film/camera crews, along with the story board artists and script writers to work out the original concepts. In order to work on large-scale projects, obviously, various factors like time, work-force, and tools involved can be overwhelming. |
