Login & Features Module
Our vision to develop this "Office Automation" is to ease the Order & Inventory process automated. Undoubtedly we have incorporated the most ideal features in to this windows application.
Commonly, our office automation began with most secure login feature. Our login feature is perfectly developed and it not easy access without the proper access; unauthorized access activity are not be entertained. With secure access you will land on the page, where you need to select the activity you would like to perform. The common activities mentioned on our feature / activity page are totally product base which include order management, inventory management, quick order shipping and quick order packaging. All these activities are developed in most professional manner and will help to reduce you workload related mentioned activities / features.
Order & Inventory Module
Order listing is the module, where you can find the list of all online received orders. This module not only lists the orders but here you can easily filter the orders and this module also have print feature. Handling the inventory became more convenient with our inventory feature. You can even add the inventory and also have the facility to generate the Barcode for the products.
Lock Product Process
This module help to generate the shipping label directly from this application; there is need to use any third party website or tool to generate the shipping label for your shipment. This feature is easy and simple to use, this make it more user-friendly and not need to have any professional skill.
Additional feature this module consists of is "Product Lock". The product inventory is locked if the inventory has been in order process and only remaining inventory can be used for other orders.
E.g. - If first order consists of 5 quantities of particular products and the total quantities of this particular products is 9. If these 5 quantities are in order process, we can lock this much of quantities and only 4 quantities of this particular product can be used for the second order.
